There is nothing you can do. You pretty much have to wait until you pass it. If you do not pass it within 3 days, see a doctor for some X-rays, it may be caught somewhere.

∙ 14y agoGive it an hour and a half, and you won't have a pierced tongue anymore. Give it two weeks and you'll never be able to tell you had a pierced tongue. Tongues heal really, really fast.
