Many young boys are interested in their sister's clothing. My brother wouldn't let my mom hem my skirts (he was the model) unless he could "twirl in them!" LOL He was your sons age. He use to steal my mom's Bras as well and stuff them with toilet paper! LOL He is 56 years old, been married for 32 years and has two wonderful sons. Tell your daughter not to encourage this behavior with helping him apply make-up. Puberty is usually 12 years old, so I'd wait and see what happens. If he doesn't change, then you should take him for psychological counseling to find out why he does this and if he's really gay or just a cross-dresser. Cross-dressers are not gay! I am a firm believer that most gays are born the way they are. Why not? Hormones are hormones and some can have too many of one and there are all sorts of other reasons. If he is gay, I know it's hard on you and probably worse for your husband to accept, but, whatever his gender will turn out to be then back him 100%. Finding out you are gay is not always easy on an individual so he will need all the support he can get. Whatever you do, don't let him get caught outside of the house or in front of his sister's friends cross-dressing because your son's peers could cause him a lot of hurt mentally and physically. Good luck Marcy
Wearing makeup is not bad, however, if you have acne, you should wear oil-free makeup or no makeup at all to avoid getting more breakouts.
I think the right age for a girl to start wearing makeup is up to her and her gaurdian(s). If it helps for you to know, I started wearing makeup at about 12. I started wearing makeup because i was ready. I don't think you should wear makeup if your not ready and you don't have your gaurdian(s) permission. Therefore i don't think theres any exact/ proper age for a young girl to start wearing makeup :)
She is wearing very light makeup that makes it look like she is not wearing any.
Makeup is a way to attract boys or men. So, the time to start wearing makeup is when the girl's parents say it is OK to do so.
No, you can't get cancer from wearing makeup, unless you use makeup as a substitute for sun tan lotion, in which case it's possible to get skin cancer.
yes, pretty much! :)Oh, yes, he certainly does. And then he tells her she doesn't need it. :)
I think girls should start wearing makeup whenever they feel like it (not feel pressured to wear it just because other girls their age are wearing it). But I think that a good age to start wearing makeup (apart from special occasions e.g. wedding, etc) is about 11. I started wearing makeup (just mascara and eyeliner) when I was about 11, and when I was 13 I started wearing proper makeup (foundation, lipstick, etc) :)
Women where makeup to look prettier then they already are:)
It doesn't mean anything more than she wants to look good; she can be wearing makeup because she is breaking out and feeling a little self conscious, or she can be wearing makeup to enhance her appearance. It's no cause for worry.
It all depends on whether or not you're ready to wear makeup. It's 100% your decision! Some kids start wearing makeup in grade school, with others end up never wearing makeup.
Makeup is not necessary once you start wearing makeup you can not stop because it wrecks your face but a little makeup every now and then is okay
he is wearing eyeliner, mascera , and eyeshadow.
You could have an allergy to the makeup. Try good quality kind of makeup and see how your eyes react to that.
modest apparel....for the most part no makeup
Considering how most guys who try wearing makeup look in it, the best answer is "badly!"
I have been wearing makeup for a long time, an depending on your age, let's say your 13, is an appropriate age to begin wearing makeup. To persuade your mom, don't say things like all the girls at school are wearing it, tell her you feel mature enough to begin wearing a little bit of makeup. Or if you have alot of acne, this is also a good reason to wear makeup. Since you just starting out, makeup that would be acceptable is concealer, loose powder, clear mascara or regular, lipbalm, and lipgloss. Hope this helps!
Keep a fresh outlook-> start wearing when you turn 18. you really shouldn't be wearing any makeup at all in middle school
Yes! There are quite a few men who wear makeup. Makeup can heal your skin as well as make you look great.
In order to apply makeup as naturally as possible, don't get colors that are vibrant. The brighter the colors of the makeup, the more it will look like you are wearing a costume of sorts. Brown is one of the colors that many women enjoy wearing and you can find a shade that will match any complexion. Light pinks are another great color that shows that you are wearing makeup but is not overly used.
The first KISS show with makeup was January 30, 1973.
I was probably seven or eight.
About from 12
Usually singers and actors wear the products that their makeup artist provides. In a advertisement for Covergirl, Rihanna was wearing covergirl makeup.
She was wearing whatever the makeup department buys.
