∙ 13y agoIn heart gold if you beat the dancers in johto you will get a tidal bell then go to whirl islands and find a person blocking your path talk to him and you will find a room when you go past him then you will see the dancers , talk to them and they will get lugia out use surf then press A in front of lugia you will battle lugia , use the master ball professor. Elm , if you do not have it for some reason like i did [i used it on a onix ] :[ you will have to get lugia on red then keep on using ultra balls [it is a different number every time so get 100 ultra balls] then you have lugia. [you can only do this once so if you kill it get it from a trade]

∙ 14y agoUnlike catching Ho-Oh if you have the silver wing already, you don' t have to do anything special, just go to the Whirl Islands and prepare yourself for an encounter with Lugia.
