Depends on whether you like him or not! If you do, tell him! If not, you have a choice to make. If you want to continue being friends with this guy have a serious talk with him. Tell him you don't feel that way about him but would love to continue being friends. That you value him too much to let him go and don't want his feelings to ruin something great. If you feel uncomfortable by this declaration, have a talk with him too. Make clear your feelings about him and decide whether or not you can continue the friendship.
