James Cameron has said that his inspiration for Avatar came from ""every single Science Fiction book I read as a kid." Specifically, he has noted the John Carter series and Tarzan as inspirations. whenever i watch the movie on HBO I also think that this movie has something to say about attachment and love and also humanity, so may be some part of an inspiration came from what cameron saw around him.

∙ 10y agoAVATAR IS THE BEST MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN! It is so good, that I could watch it bazillion time. (Not suitable for ages 5 and under, to many swear words but still awesome!)
