In my opinion its just being yourself. Being yourself is very important but it is probably really hard to do. It's hard because everyday we get influenced by media, celebs, movies, friends, etc... You want to be "cool" like them and wear a load of makeup, yes you adapting to society but your not being who you really are. We get peer pressured into doing things because we want to be just like the others but everything reflexs back on yourself. You need to be yourself.
