I would venture to say, NO! We haven't heard anything out of him, so if he is proficient in Spanish and teaching his girls to speak Spanish...as he says ALL American parents should be doing....then the proof is in the pudding. Let's hear about it.

Obama is not a Swahili word. It's a family name probably in the language of the Luo tribe to which his father belonged.

This is unlikely. He speaks English, a little Indonesian (since he spent a few years there as a child, with his mother and step-father), and perhaps knows a few words of Luo (the Kenyan tribal language his biological father spoke). He also knows a few words of Spanish. But he has said in interviews that he is not fluent in these other languages; he only knows a few words here and there, and is most comfortable speaking English.
