An EMG measures the electrical activity within the muscle by use of a sterile needle electrode, and there are many characteristics that an electromyographer can look at when evaluating an EMG. The activity within the muscle is recorded by the EMG machine and represented graphically on an electromyogram. This electromyogram measures the electrical activity of motor unit potentials within the muscles and represents them graphically on an X-Y axis. The X axis of the electromyogram represents time measured in milliseconds, and the Y axis of the electromyogram represents the amplitude of the motor unit measured in voltage. Because these electrical responses are represented in waves, those waves can be converted to sounds and listened to by the electromyographer. The examiner observing this activity can then make interpretations of the activity while watching and listening to the electromyogram. Often this begins with listening to the activity of the muscle with the needle moving in the muscle (called insertional activity), listening and observing to the activity of the muscle while it is at rest, listening and observing the motor unit morphology and recruitment patterns of the muscle with gentle contraction, and finally listening and observing the interference pattern of the muscle when it is at full contraction.
Electromyography, also known as an EMG is used to measure the electronegativity in muscles. These test can take place at major hospitals such as St. Judes.
Electric activity in muscles
Only the active EMGs require batteries. EMG also manufactures passive pick-ups which do not require batteries.
no
Traditionally the EMG 81 is used in the bridge position and the 85 is used in the neck position.
Jeff Loomis signature series Schecter or any schecter in that price range with emgs or blackouts. Kerry Kings signature warlock that has emgs and a kahler BC Rich Warlock Deluxe editions that are neck through anything ESP that has EMG pickups or Dean Razorbacks with active pickups.
doesn't sound as good , than just pop the control cavity open and switch them, its like changing a remotes battery.
Yes. Well, you can have EMG's installed in a PRS. I'm not sure if you can buy a new PRS with the Stock pickups being EMGs.
nothing wrong with EMGs , if not I loved rockfields like on disturbeds signature trayben bass through a microcube amp in my friends store it blew me away.
The KH-602 has active pickups but the KH-202 has passive pickups. It is possible to convert to active - either EMGs or Seymour Duncan but you would have to find somewhere to put the batteries.

It depends on what you are measuring! Distance is measured in metres Time is measured in seconds Mass is measured in kilogrammes Volume is measured in litres Force is measured in newtons Energy is measured in joules Temperature is measured in kelvin Power is measured in watts Electromotive force is measured in volts Electric current is measured in amperes ...and so on

Cup is measured by volume. It is measured in ml.
