If you dwell upon thoughts of kissing your lover, or just thoughts of your lover often then they will become integrated into your dreams. For example, if you think about Zebras twenty four hours a day and seven days a week then you will inevitably dream about Zebras as well, because that is what is on your mind.
Obviously dreaming about kissing your lover is a positive sign within your relationship, and denotes that you are at least infatuated with the person, if not honestly in love with them.
