Quite a lot. He has about twenty-two lines when he is standing outside the crypt (it's not a grave as we would understand it), and a further fifty or so after he kills Paris. That's a lot to quote here; you can find them in Act 5 Scene 3 of the play.

He didn't say anything. Romeo was already dead when Juliet died, and so was incapable of speech.

Nothing. He died first. He does go on for about 35 lines to her when he thinks she's dead. (lines 85 to 120 or so of the last scene)
