New Democratic Party

They stand for putting public interest over corporate interest and evidenced based policy.

In other words increasing the corporate tax rate a few percentage points from where it's been dropped down to. these corporate tax cuts mainly go to top competitors like the oil industry so they don't really help create jobs seeing as small businesses make up 99.7 percent of all employer firms.

Also, America's corporate tax rate is almost double ours so we don't have to decrease it any more to remain competitive.

better retirement plans, health care, education, paying off the deficit, helping low income families, etc.

that's the economic side of it.

On the charter of rights side of it:

The NDP are really socially progressive. They acknowledge the fact that marijuana prohibition has been stuck down as unconstitutional many times in this country. they acknowledge the social and economic cost of putting people in jail for addiction. The liberals also stand for this, but they've only ever supported decriminalization.

Some people still believe the old stigmas and won't understand that the system needs to change, but coming out against an issue that's controversial just because the evidence proves that it's the right thing to do,

really shows the merit of a party.

Both the liberals and the NDP have a strong stance on the charter of rights.

As of right now the conservatives stand for putting people in jail for possession, not providing contraceptives in their foreign policy, whatever part they played during the G20, not respecting our democratic institutions, etc. It's a frightening reality.

that's the truth, although it will probably be erased.

What do NDP PC stand for?

It's a Canadian Political party NDP PC stands for National Democratic Party (but don't be thinking this means the person is liberal) because the PC stands for Progressive Conservative. There's a lot of emphasis on letting skilled workers in and keeping crime out of Ottawa, Canada and surrounding areas. This group is small and not very well known by Americans. If you're a liberal, you would not be in the NDP PC.
