This is actually an incorrect spelling of part of what is inscribed on the One Ring, which is in turn part of the One Ring poem. The question should probably be: "What does Ash nazg thrakatuluk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul mean."

The full inscription on the Ring reads: Ash nazg durbatuluk, ash nazg gimbatul

Ash nazg thrakatuluk agh

burzum-ishi krimpatul.

or in English:

One Ring to rule them all,

One Ring to find them,

One Ring to bring them all,

And in the darkness bind them.

On the Ring, it was written in Elvish, because small lettering was needed, but it was in the language of the Black Speech.

The full One Ring Poem goes like this:

Three rings for the elven kings, under the sky.

Seven for the dwarf lords in their halls of stone.

Nine for mortal men, doomed to die.

One ring to rule them all,

One ring to find them,

One ring to bring them all,

And in the darkness bind them.

In the land of Mordor,

Where the shadows lie.

What words are one the ring of power in elvish?

The words are in the Black Tongue:Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul,Ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.Which are two lines from a longer verse, the only two lines for which Tolkien provided us with the Black Tongue version. The full verse has however been reconstructed by David Salo, a Tolkien language afficionado for the movie LOTR:Shre nazg golugranu kilmi-nuduOmbi kuzddurbagu gundum-ishiNugu gurunkilu bard gurutuAsh Burz-Durbagu burzum-ishiDaghburz-ishi makha gulshu darulu Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul,Ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.Daghburz-ishi makha gulshu daruluThree Rings for the Elven-kings under the sky,Seven for the Dwarf-lords in their halls of stone,Nine for Mortal Men doomed to die,One for the Dark Lord on his dark throneIn the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,One Ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind themIn the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

Is the inscription on the Lord of the Rings' ring on the inside?

Nope. One side reads "Azh nazg durbatuluk, azh nazg gimbatul." The other reads "Azh nazg thrakatuluk, agh burzum-ishi gimbatul." They're written in the elvish script (was it cursive sindarin?), but transliterated from Black Speech, the language of Mordor, which as far as I know, Tolkien never gave an alphabet. I feel so nerdy right now.

Why would the script on the one ring have been written in Elvish if it was created by Sauron?

It was written in Tengwar, the universal scripture in Middle-Earth (except for Khuzdul - the dwarves used runes). The words themselves are in the Black Tongue:Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul,Ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.so not in Sindarin or Quenya, and transcribed using a mode different from the Elvish Full or Beleriand Modes.

What does the engraving mean on the one ring in Lord of the Rings?

'Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gimbatul, Ash nazg thrakatulûk agh burzum-ishi krimpatul.' This is called The Black Speech, the langauge of Mordor. It tells of the the One Ring's power to control all the other rings. Translated, the words say 'One ring to rule them all, one ring to find them, One ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them'.

What does the writing on Frodo's sword say?

The sword ''Sting'', acquired and named by Bilbo, later inherited by Frodo, has no inscription. In Peter Jackson's film adaptation of The Lord of the Rings, the sword (Sting) does have an inscription. Engraved on the blade and cross guard of the sword is an inscription in Elven language of Sindarin written in Tengwar script: "Maegnas aen estar nin dagnir in yngyl im" which translates to "Sting is my name, I am the spider's bane." This obviously refers to the events during ''The Hobbit'' where Bilbo first used and named his sword; this would indicate that the inscription would have had to be added after Bilbo's adventure.

Is a Nazgul a mythical creature?

The nine riders are called Nazgûl or ringwraiths, but the flying animals do not have a given name though they are often called fell beasts. These same Nazgûl rode horses earlier in the story, but those horses drown in the River Bruinen. The Nazgûl used to be kings of men before they were turned by their nine rings of power.
