He has golden hair and reckless brown eyes with a sensitive face. Sodapop is usually a happy go lucky guy and he'll comfort you even if he doesn't understand what's wrong. He's always there for Ponyboy and he's the middle man in Darry's and Pony's fights and it kills him. He never drinks because he just gets drunk off of living and he barely smokes, he only does when he's nervous or trying to look tough.
