If your real skinny, and only took 1-3, prolly 24-36 hours. If you have some extra fat tissue or abuse them it could take up 3-4 days. I have been drug tested 5 times in last year for my medical field job and my norco never shows up, but then again I work out alot and make sure I work up a good sweat and drink plenty of water the day before. I have a script, but hospitals still look at you funny when you applying for job when you test postive.

It depends what they are testing for, but opiods like Hydrocodone (Lortab) would probably be pretty high on the list.
