What does changement mean?
Technically, "Changement" is a French word, which is widely used in the area of dance. In an English speaking environment, it's about rapid and structured change. But it is not haphazard change. It is very practiced and purposeful.
"Change in this regime" is a literal English equivalent of the French phrase changement de ce régime. The masculine singular noun rgime may reference either a diet or a government.
