Total abdominal hysterectomy is often abbreviated TAH. Total Laproscopic Hysterectomy is abbreviated to TLH. If both Fallopian tubes (slapingo) and ovaries are removed then this is a Bilateral Salpingo oopherectomy or BSO. Thus a combination of above would be TAHBSO or TKHBSO.
