Girls are aloud to have other friends, that are guys to. just because she talks to them doesn't mean they don't like you.

guys dont always have their eyes on only one girl, so you and this other girl may be in his thoughts. And just because he talks to her a lot does not mean he likes her, in fact, a lot of guys are more timid around the one they like. just be friendly with him and get to know him.
