I think it means he likes he girlfriend but loves the girl he stares at so he does not known if he should break up with his girlfriend or stay with her I'm a guy in 7 grade and I've done this before it is never easy for the guy so he may be a bit touchy about it.

∙ 13y agoI've learned long ago re men and women, that some of them never know how good they have it with their mate and want to move on to a prettier girl/handsome guy, someone different because they are simply bored, yet, when they see their ex it kills them to think SHE or HE is actually out with someone else.

Uhh....It probably mean's he likes you! Maybe, say this girl is very pretty or popular and she asked him out and he said yes because he thinks he could get popular or whatever. 1.) He likes you and NOT his girlfriend. 2.) He is trying to make you jealous. 3.) He is just trying to be popular but likes you and NOT the girlfriend. 4.) He's a PLAYER.
