If you got a positive you are pregnant. These is no such thing as a false positive. Another pregnancy test may give you a negative because it requires a larger amount of HCG to be detected before it will read positive. This is especially true for digital tests. So, congratualations.

Hello, I am afraid your description is not very helpful in answering your question. ClearBlue pregnancy tests do turn blue when the test is processing your Urine result. The blue colour will spread across the control window AND the result window. The larger of the two windows is the result window. Its very difficult to say whether your test result is negative or positive. With the majority of ClearBlue urine HPT's, a blue cross will appear if the result is positive or two blue lines will appear in the result window which also means positive. If NO cross or only one lines appears then the result is negative. You should ALWAYS read the instructions BEFORE performing a test. That is what they are there for. Go to your nearest Family planning clinic and they will perform a pregnancy test for you free of charge.
