It means you need to go see your Doctor. Seriously.
It's normal if you are having a period, but not for any other reason. If you aren't menstruating, or if you are but the cramping lasts more than a couple of days, you need to see a doctor.
What do you call excessive bleeding? You may bleed quite heavily for a couple of days but if it doesn't get slower and lighter after four days, see a doctor.
Any bleeding during pregnancy needs to be evaluated by a doctor. Heavy bleeding is a sign of miscarriage, but you have to see a doctor to be sure and to be checked for your health, as well.
I am having the same problem...going to the Dr. today to find out what gives...very frustrating to go a couple of days thinking you are preggo and then this.
Get to a doctor. Everything might be okay, but do you really want to take a chance?

Nio, implantation bleeding is just a couple of spots.
Implantation bleeding is the result of the fertilized egg(s) implanting itself into the uttering lining which results in bleeding and occasionally abdominal cramping. This form of bleeding takes place six to twelve days after ovulation. ( A females ovulation generally takes place 14 days before her period). There will not be a large amount of blood, some women may not even notice any. Implantation bleeding only lasts a couple of days, this is the way to compare and contrast the difference between implantation and menstrual bleeding. You must keep in mind though that not everyone will experience implantation bleeding.

There are a couple of great aids that can prevent cramping of the muscles. Always warm up before exercise to loosen the muscles. After a workout where you may have over-worked a muscle, be sure to add a warm compress to the muscle to keep it from cramping.
anywhere from a week to a couple of days, depends on your body
