If you have a ‘beef’ with someone, it means that you have a problem or a negative issue with them. So “stop beefing on me“ would be them saying ’stop having a problem with me’. What would be smarter of them to do is to ask the person with the beef “what IS your beef with me?”. Because too often people with issues/problems with people don’t try to get to the bottom of the problem, which keeps it continuing or makes it worse over time.

beefin is another word for stalker, stalker means a person who follows you around and's listens to what you say to other people.
