Long periods of study on a variety of subjects mixed with periods of meditation and self-analysis will give you knowledge and some wisdom, but real wisdom can only be attained by experiencing as much of life, in all of its forms, and surviving.
A person who spends much time searching for wisdom is often times called a student for knowledge. However, knowledge is not necessarily wisdom. Normally however, knowledge is required to obtain wisdom. A seeker of wisdom may also be called by the very words mentioned in this sentence.
