it means that he's constantly paying attention to you and that he likes you.

it is just looking. Or it hears or sees something!

Usually if a boy stares at your butt its because he likes you or either he likes what he sees .

If there is a girl that you like but you never get a chance to talk to her and when you do see her she only stares at you whenever she sees you, you need to make the time to approach her. Perhaps she likes you too but is shy and is waiting for you to make the first move. You have nothing to lose by striking up a conversation with her.

It means he's probably trying to start drama.

I can only answer half of this question but if he stops talking and stares into your eyes he is obviously attracted. To find out if he has a girlfriend you would have to approach him and talk to him a bit. He'll either tell you he has a girlfriend (but don't count on it), or you may have to ask.

It could mean many things! He could be pointing you out to someone so they know who you are. He could be signaling that he sees you. He could even be saying mean things about you. You won't know unless you talk to him about it.

Could mean he is frustrated with you or of the sort, or still have feelings for you. If you feel the need to talk to him about it, I would half-recommend it.

he probably likes you and gets nervous when you discover he's staring at you OR he was surprised to see you staring at HIM.

He is likely just looking at you as he likes what he sees or it could be just concidence and he seems like he is looking at you but just looking in your direction.

He's intrigued by what he sees He might be a little interested in what type of person you are. Looks don't mean a lot to some people, but first impressions mean everything! Next time that happens introduce yourself.
