This might just be because you did the same action in the past or you thought that you already did something.

When i get dejavu it happens like this: I see something happening a long time before it does. It happenes in real life, and everything i saw when i had dejavu happens, every little detail. It means to have the feeling that you have experienced something in the exact same way, place, time, with the same people in the past, and are again facing it in the present.
