The o2 sensor is apparantly picking up a "lean" signal because you have too much air and not enough fuel going through your injectors. Possibly caused by a problem in your "evap" system, or a bad "ecg" sensor. also possibly caused by clogged injectors.
The best way to start is by identifying WHICH sensor is faulty, then identifying the reason for the fault. Won't do you any good to replace the sensor if the fault is due to a short in the wiring, after all.
Low brake fluid in master cylinder, fault in brake fluid level sensor, parking brake is on, parking brake sensor fault.
Trouble code P1131 means: Lack Of HO2S11 Switches - Sensor Indicates Lean
Assuming you mean P0460 (Fuel Level Sensor A Circuit Malfunction), The fuel level sensor in the fuel tank is probably at fault. Replacement of sensor is only solution if wiring and connections check okay. This means the fuel tank must be removed to r & r the sensor.
It means system too lean. The best fix is a trip to someone who has an OBDII scan tool so that they can accurately troubleshoot the problem. The Sportage is notorious for false sensor readings and bad DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes).

The distributor gear is off by 1 tooth, you probably recently have a a timing belt.
You start by identifying the cause of the fault, e.g., is the sensor itself, a wiring issue, or an ECM issue? How you go about with the actual repair depends on what the result of your diagnosis is.
i have the same problem did you get the answer to fix it

It means it's time to replace the coolant temperature sensor.
