There could be a couple of reasons #1) do you think you might be pregnant? if you are sometimes this will happen, your period is trying to start but if pregnant it wont.#2) it could be due to stress #3) it could be this month is just a bad period month but for whatever reason make an appointment with your GYN doctor ..Good Luck This is very common when one is on Birth Control pills (not good for you by the way.) The birth control pill contains hormones so it stands to reason that it will put your hormone level off. Brown/black blood is "old blood" not fresh. Your periods may become erratic (missing some, having a couple in one month) but it's always safe to go and talk to your doctor and express what is going on.
answer
that's a period because I'm just having one like your describing and I'm not on the pill either. Mines black looks like discharge some of it lol
When starting any birth control pill, the side effects can be irregular periods for a few months. This can mean shorter or longer periods, or missing one completely, until your body gets used to the new hormones from the medicine. If you had a period the 2nd month but it was brown, this most likely indicates that the blood was old and "leftover" from the month in which you missed your period. Most women experience shorter, lighter periods after a few months once beginning a birth control regimen.
In any case, following up with the Doctor Who prescribed you the medication is a safe bet and good idea to determine that there are no other underlying causes for your missed period, especially if you do not see an improvement.
pregnancy,
Yes
if you mean that you missed one period, and got the rest of them. chances are, you only missed your period due to stress.
The fact that you had a period suggests that you're not pregnant, however this isn't always the case. the brown spotting could simply be the blood drying.
aks a docter
Yes. Go to the doctor.
If you're in the first 1-2 years of your period, it's normal. If not, call a doctor.
You can't have a hard belly after one missed period, and it isn't pregnancy. Hard bellies don't come about until the six month.
Perform a pregnancy test. If its negative the missed period may be a "one off" but if it happens again next month see your Doctor.
this happened to me when i was pregnant! hope this helps...and hope you are trying!
