The HVAC is trying to draw more current than what the nameplate says it should.
This question is a little vague, but I'll make by best attempt. I am assuming you mean a whole-house HVAC unit, and that you are concerned with a possible power surge so you want to shut the unit off at the thermostat. If this is correct, you need to know that the thermostat doesn't control the HVAC unit the way a switch controls a light fixture. As long as your HVAC breaker is on, you will have AC power at the HVAC unit. This usually includes at least a condenser unit outside and a blower either outside or inside. All the thermostat does is tell the HVAC components when to use the power applied and when to do nothing. The power does not flow through the thermostat to the HVAC like power through a switch to a light. Think of it this way: 'Off' on the thermostat doesn't mean power off. It means 'power available, but unit not running'. So, if you want to protect your HVAC from the potential of a power surge you will have to shut off the circuit breaker(s) feeding the HVAC components, not the thermostat.
I suspect you mean GFIC breaker. The dryer will not cause the breaker to fail.
If you mean CA as in cChallenger brand. Type BR is interchangeable
themperature of out door air plus temperature of return air [furanace]
how does a breaker form? breakers form as waves pass over shallow areas, such as near the shore. Friction with the bottom causes the wave to slow and go higher. The unstable wave that falls over is called a breaker.

It means that it does not have an air conditioner or furnace installed. HVAC stands for "heating, ventilating, and cooling". HVAC is an integrated system that is not free standing, like a window air conditioner or heater.
acb means AIR CIRCUIT BREAKER ,& vcb means VACUUM CIRCUIT BREAKER
I'm not sure what you mean by "breaker". If you mean fuse, then yes, there is a turn signal fuse in the circuit.

Hatred!
The number of degrees the breaker cam rotates from the time the breaker points close until they open again.
HVAC is an abbreviation for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. HVAC Contractors specialize in the installation and maintenance of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps and central air conditioners. However, in addition to installing and maintaining HVAC equipment, HVAC contractors typically help consumers decide which equipment to purchase. This makes the HVAC market somewhat different from the market for other expensive consumer products. Consumers rarely begin their search for a new car, for example, by hiring a car mechanic. This difference makes it especially important that consumers take two steps:Solicit bids from multiple HVAC contractors, so that you are sure that you have been quoted a good priceUnderstand the HVAC market so that the equipment you purchase is appropriate for your needs
