there are many ways you can lose weight , the only reason why you think you cant lose weight is because you wont try to ,as i was saying there are many ways to lose weight , if you are focusing on your thighs then here are some good excersises.
1.running

3.bicying
4.squat thrusts

1.crunches(they don't work for everyone)

what anyone tells you , you shouldn't eat 1,200 calories a day.It will take longer because your body is in a trance, wich means it will take longer to lose weight.
one day you should have a normal diet , then the next day go for a diet day ,

Ok. Here's the deal. Lose weight.. stay on a diet and excersise everyday! Not to do when losing weight... ok. dont eat Junk and stick to your schedule. Good motivation.. Say "Don't give up! I am doing this for my family and I want to feel good about myself!" That'll do!
