there are many ways you can lose weight , the only reason why you think you cant lose weight is because you wont try to ,as i was saying there are many ways to lose weight , if you are focusing on your thighs then here are some good excersises.

1.running

2.hiking

3.bicying

4.squat thrusts

if your focusing on your stomach here are some

1.crunches(they don't work for everyone)

2.stretching

here are some tips to lose weight

ok if you want to lose weight you have to excersise 4-5 times a week , no madder

what anyone tells you , you shouldn't eat 1,200 calories a day.It will take longer because your body is in a trance, wich means it will take longer to lose weight.

one day you should have a normal diet , then the next day go for a diet day ,

because the second day ur body will be tricked and you will lose weight faster.

i tried this and i lost 35 lbs over 7 1/2 months .

Because at the times you need to lose weight and you try to rush yourself you most of the time people just barely eat or do exercises randomly. You need to have a game plan and stick with it.

Maybe jog every wed.

maybe try to eat less junk

Drink more water don't starve yourself or work your body to hard exercising. -cut down on snacks -plan time to work out some days of the week -get active -get involved in sports -try to eat more healthy -instead of being lazy get up and do something -go on walks, jogs, or runs -drink plenty of water -instead of the sugar try a fruit or vegetable -stop eating so much junk food -try to watch how much you eat and what your eating

You are taking in more calories than you are using up. Also you maybe holding on to more water that you should.
