See a physician. hahaha! if it has been on there for about a year of longer, yes see a physician. But if you hit it pretty hard it is probably going to take a while to heal. My geuss is it is a meat or fat bruse. Meaning, it is on your flssh and skin. The most common bruse is the bone bruse. They are the quikest to heal. You ned to wait it out.
