Being the lower right abdomen, it could be appendicitis. If so, you need to see a doctor. If it bursts, you could die.
You may be having cramps,,,or you could be pregnant if you know what i mean. Most likely its cramps. Check with your doctor dont be afraid to ask around. You also may be having bad stomach aches

It means that you are dying It means that you are dying ok that first answer was STUPID! Some possible causes could be gastritis, gall stones or gall bladder diesease or inflammation. Also kidney stones. Gas itself causes very uncomfortable pains and indegestion. Some are severe and can make you double over. I recommend you see your doctor. If it turns out to be just gas you saved youself a hospital bill and a big headache. If you want to try and treat at home try Gas X, or similar. Peptobismol or such. Emotrol if you have nausea. Again best thing is get your doctors opinion to save time and money.
It could mean a lot of things: you could have severe cramps, you could have torn something, I am not sure. I recommend eating bananas, which usually help. DRINK WATER. Try using the bathroom. If it seems incredibly severe, consult a doctor.
This means your about to have your period or you stretched a muscle that your not use to using.
appendix infection

Appendix.
i have a sharp pain on the bottom of my left side. is that where the baby is?
Yes it COULD be possibleThe reason is because the baby could be kicking in your stomach if it's ready. Or that pain is just a sharp pain that just happens so sudden.
Is the pain sharp? If so, go to the ER RIGHT AWAY. You could have a serious kidney infection. If the pain is dull or feels better/relieved when you stretch it's probably a strained muscle.
what vauses abdominal tenderness ?
A sharp pain to the right side of your bellybutton, accompanied by fever or nausea and vomiting could indicate appendicitis. Lower right or left side pain sometimes indicates ovulations. Generally not so much pregnancy.
