The literal translation would be "the son of my uncles". Now, considering the fact that this doesn`t make a whole lot of sense, let me suggest either "El hijo de mi tio" (the son of my uncle) or "Los hijos de mis tios" (the sons of my uncles). One could also say, my cousins or "mis cunados". (Sorry, the "n" is wrong but I have no Spanish keys on my pc)
