Sabrosura comes from the word Sabroso in spanish which means delicious, or tasty when referring to some edible foods. but this word can also describe other non-edible things to indicate goodness or pleasure.

for example you can say ; que sabrosura de mujer. which would mean what's a fine looking woman. ( or as a man would say while looking at such a beauty..... Hmm, hmm, hmm...)

or you can say: que sabrosura de masaje fue eso, which means what an awesome massage that was.

in essence sabrosura means Yummy, tasteful, juicy etc.
