Haha, it would appear that you already have an inference if you are placing this question in the relationships category. It means the boy may possibly like you! If his friend is trying to get him closer to you, it might mean that the boy told his friend he likes you. He most likely is messing with him, and trying to embarrass him around you. Best way to find out is to become friends with his friends!
