Did the PLO play a part in funding Obama's Harvard scholarship?
Nothing. There's no such word. But the word 'vove' is a possibility, as the imperative of command in Latin. It's part of the conjugation of the verb 'vovere', which means 'to promise [conditionally] to a god or to vow'; to 'pray for or wish'.
i don't know about the non-scholarship part, but if u are in smp you have signed a Contract with the Guard or Reserves, not ROTC. This means if you quit or get kicked out of ROTC you still have an obligation to the army, and from what i understand you will be demoted to privet and will go to basic like everyone else.
Most scholarships are NOT taxable. If part of your tuition was paid for by a scholarship, it is not taxable. However, if your scholarship or fellowship provided housing, travel, or funds for research you may need to pay taxes on part of your scholarship. You can find the details here. http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p970.pdf

The difference between a full ride scholarship from a partial ride is that a full ride scholarship pays for everything from your tuition, room, board. However, a partial ride scholarship only pays for part of your tuition, you'd have to pay out of your own pocket for room and board.
The DAA (Decimal Adjust Accumulator) instruction in the 8085 conditionally adds 06H to A in order to normalize the low order nibble to a BCD value betwen 0H and 9H. It then conditionally adds 60H to A in order to similarly normalize the high order nibble. This is done as part of supporting multi-precision decimal arithmetic.
Yes.
Athletic scholarships are the best college scholarships because they cover the entire part of a student expenses. Athletic scholarships cover tuition, room, board, and special tutoring if needed.
