It depends on the amount of money that a club makes in yearly sales. The scale runs from G1 to G3. A G3 Assistant Manager starts at 55,000 plus an RPZ (regional pay zone) adjustment. That would allow a Manager in the New York metro area to make 63,000 plus a 15% - 25% bonus if the club turns a profit. The numbers are correct as of 2012.

∙ 15y agoLike all jobs it really depends on job experience and education. I work at a Sam's Club in Illinois and I know that our GM makes over 100k a year. I don't think it's very high over 100k but he makes at least that. If your a new manager and just starting out, probably around 35-38k.
