No, either you have one of your cords unplugged, such as the RCAjacks, or some other hardware issue that probably isn't as serious as one you would have with the 3 light ring of death.
How to fix it.
Since it's just one light in the red ring, you may be in luck. Most times, this error can be resolved by powering off your Xbox, unplugging it from the back, then unplugging the power brick. Plug them all back in and power the box back up. If this doesn't take care of the problem, Microsoft also suggests taking the hard drive out and putting it back in.
There is one other option, do it yourself. (READ ENTIRE SOLUTION BEFORE TRYING) Usually all it takes is for you to take apart your Xbox and unplug all the hardware from the motherboard. After that you just plug everything back into the motherboard and put it back together. Videos on how to do this are found on YouTube. THIS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. AFTER YOU TRY THIS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND IT INTO MICROSOFT. DO NOT ATTEMPT IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT WITH YOUR ABILITIES.
