You cannot determine a "healthiest" food and eat that whilst ignoring the "lesser" healthy foods that should be a part of your diet that are not mentioned in any answer pertaining to questions such as this. Also, what is the "healthiest" food for you depends on your location and what you can purchase from the grocery store--or grow in your own garden and/or raise in your pastures or back yard.
Additionally, food isn't the issue here. It's what nutrients that come in food. For instance, red meat is a rich source of protein, iron, zinc and vitamin B12, and saturated fat (which is actually not a bad thing). Grains are high in carbohydrates. Oranges are high in vitamin C. Broccoli is high in Vitamin C and Vitamin A. All vegetables and fruits are a significant source of fibre. While dairy, meat and eggs do not have such high fibre, they are significant sources of other essential nutrients needed for the human body.
Once you understand the nutrients that you need to take in every day and how much of those nutrients are needed to maintain a healthy body, lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle or even satisfy those bodily cravings, and also understand what certain nutrients can do to you, what foods will do you more good than you realize, and what foods to avoid or minimize, then you can have a "diet" of the healthiest food for YOU.
