What drugs do they test in a drug test?

They can be 1 panel (only for THC), 5 panel (most common), 7 - 10 panel. It depends on the company or the institution your gonna be tested for. Check this out:

An expanded drug screen may test for a few or all of the following:

that depends on the drug test and the party giving it. if an employer wants to test for THC, they find a drug test for THC. ive seen some test for seven diffrent narcotics all in one drug screen.

That all depends on the type of drug screen you are taking. If it is a general five panel, it tests for THC, cocaine, opiates, benzos (Xanax, Klonopin) methamphetamine and amphetamine. Only illicit drugs will register with the exception of narcotic pain meds. A ten panel test goes into more detail checking for methadone, PCP, barbiturates,oxycodone, and benzodiazepines. However, if you are suspected o tampering with the urine sample or they suspect anything suspicious in the urine, it'll be sent to a lab where they can break it down on a molecular level. And pretty much tell how much & when you have used, if so.
