No you can't, we were all born with emotions. Theirishone: I think everyone is born with emotions but some people don't know how to use there emotions. An example of this is Aspergers.. people with Aspergers often don't know how to show there emotions or know what to do when other people show emotion.
Yes Well, driving can be impaired by emotions. Since emotions are changes that affect us and our surroundings, driving can be impaired by emotions, but the emotions have to be very strong.
