I would never recommend you install a Fram oil filter on your Acura. There are much better quality filters available at about the same price. I use nothing but Purolator filters in my Honda and have been using them for over 30 years with not one internal engine problem. I recommend Purolator, Bosch, Wix, or OEM Honda filters. The correct Purolator filter for your 2007 Acura TSX is PL14610 or L14610 which can be bought at Advance Auto Parts or some Walmart stores. Do your engine a favor and install a quality filter like Purolator.
PL14612 or just L14612
go to purolator's website, use the application guide, enter the part number and the list will display all the applications that particular filter will fit.
The Fram number is PH2 Recommend the use of a Wix filter it is a better Quality Filter Wix number is 51372
Anyplace that sells filters will have an application chart and can tell you the correct size in any brand of quality filter such as Purolator, Bosch, Wix, or Motorcraft.
