∙ 13y agoCandace never busted Phineas and Ferb. In the episode " Phineas and Ferb's quantum boogaloo" When the present Candace went to the future she busted present Phineas and Ferb to Future Linda. But Future Linda didn't do anything to them saying that she doesn't have any jurisdiction over the present Phineas and Ferb. Then at the episode " Phineas and Ferb gets busted" or " At last"she busted Phineas ans Ferb in her dream (which was technically Perry's dream). Other than these she actually never busted Phineas and Ferb.
Actually, in "Hip Hip Parade" she busts the boys with the present mom, but then a wormhole/time anomolly occurs and runs the day backwards to the beginning so it is as if the bust never happened.
