Not currently, they're have been rumors though that it would announced sometime during Blizzcon.
The Mastery system for World of Warcraft was first announced during BlizzCon 2009. It was finally added to World of Warcraft in late 2010. The Mastery system affects the talent level of characters based on their favorite weapons.
World of Warcraft Expansions in order are as follows: Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm. As of September 25, 2012 the newest expansion Mists of Pandaria should be added.
That date of the revival of the WoW Tournament relm is still not determined, it is etimated to come around the next Blizzcon.
No plans for a warcraft 4 have been announced. It has been stated that World of Warcraft is technically their "warcraft 4" because it has been ( and still is) continuing the storyline of the warcraft universe.
For Blizzcon 2009 the web streams were $39.99 and the tickets to get in were $125.00. It was also available on pay-per-view for Direct-TV customers.
Mists of Pandaria was announced on Friday, October 21, 2011 at BlizzCon. It has not had a release date set as of yet. You might want to start looking for it during the summer/fall/winter or 2012. In any event, we are still a couple months away from patch 4.3 which is still on the PTR as of Friday, October 21, 2011.
There have not been any announced plans for a Warcraft 4. They are working on a new MMO type of game that is different from World of Warcraft, although that is all they are sayin on it.
Accordin to Chris Metzen (Blizzard Developer), the movie is still in the script phase. So, not for a while. Of course, we might get some new info about the movie this coming Blizzcon :)
The third expansion pack for World of Warcraft, Cataclysm, was announced on August 21st, 2009, and released on December 7th, 2010.
To aquire a baby murloc or any of the other pets from those vendors you need a password or code from going to BlizzCon or another similar event or having a special edition game.
