Not sure exactly what the question is, but if I assume correctly, you're asking what kind of experience is needed or what counts as experience? If so, the answer is typically about two years experience with children other than your own. Two years is a strong enough time period to have handled a variety of problems and situations in dealing with children and is the industry standard.
This is a job application question. Provide information about what you have done to keep children in your care safe, happy and entertained. Also, you might include how you correct children's behavior. You would want to come across as mature and able to think on your feet.

This is one of the types of question that you may get at an interview; they are intended to get you to talk about yourself in a fairly informal manner. The questions are usually about some aspect of your own life so it is not possible for anyone else to answer them for you. You should think carefully, before attending the interview, about such questions as this so as to be prepared when asked. There are several such questions and there is a great deal of information on the internet and elsewhere about techniques to employ when attending interviews.

This depends on where you work. It is in either way a great place to get experience working with children, which looks good on a resume.
