There is only some of the main dishes: Lazio (roasted lamb and potatoes), Lombardy (stuffed capon), Apulia (grilled eel), Sicily (crusty baked pasta), Basilicata (cod with fried peppers), Calabria (homemade pasta with meat sauce), Abruzzo (cardoon soup), Friuli-Venezia Giulia (turnips and sausage), etc.
Traditionally alot of healthy food is served at Christmas with wine and beer too.
