How do you change windshield wipers on 1992 Ford F-350 Pickup not the whole assembly just the top part that holds the blades?
I am going with the assumption that question is "how do you change the wiper blade (blade and frame)", not "how do you change the rubber blade (wiper refill)", and not "how do you change the wiper arm". Wiper Blade = The wiper frame that attaches to the wiper arm including the rubber blade. 1. Step 1 is to be sure you get the right replacement wiper blades. In your 1992 Caravan rear windshield wiper is running all the time unless you pull out the fuse How can you fix it?
It's possible that the wiper switch is bad, but most likely it's the wiper motor itself. Wiper motors have an internal switch that only turns off when both the manual switch is turned off AND the wiper blade is in the park position. If the wiper motor cannot sense that it has hit the park position, it will run continuously.

Lift wiper arm so that it is at about a 90 degree to the windshield. It should stay there. Now look near the base. There should be a little lever. You should be able to fit a screwdriver between it and the wiper arm. Pry the lever sideways and once it opens up a little you should be able to lift the wiper arm right off.
Wiper Motor and Linkage, Removal and Installation 1.Open hood and remove wiper arms 2.Remove cowl top plastic cover. 3.Remove attaching screws or mounting nuts from pivots. 4.Disconnect wiper motor wiring harness connector. 5.Remove 3 motor mounting bracket-to-body bolts. 6.Remove motor bracket, motor and linkage assembly from cowl. - 7.Remove motor-to-bracket mounting bolts and remove motor. - 8.Reverse procedure to install
Most likely it's the motor assembly. There is an internal switch that keeps the motor running until the wiper blades are in the "park" position. If the internal switch fails, the wiper will continue to run or will turn off wherever the blades are when you turn off the wipers. Either can happen when the wiper internal switch fails.
