I had this same question. The answer for a 2010 which comes with two accessory plugs instead of the cigarette lighter, is they are called POWER POINTS. the two in my car have square fuses in the fuse box in back of the battery. They are both 20 amp fuses and if you shine a light on them, you can look down through the clear plastic to see if the fuse is burned out. In my SES 2010 Focus, they are #3 and #15. the square fuse can be pried out with a small screw driver or a pair of fine needle nose pliers. they have two spade type contacts. Hope this helps.
