I'm not sure whether you are asking what octane of fuel or whether ethanol or ethanol-free fuels or what.
The recommended octane should be listed in your Owner's manual. Generally, most cars do fine on 87 octane fuel. If the engine makes any knocking or pinging sounds using the 87 octane (usually these sounds occur on hard acceleration or under load such as going up a hill, if they are going to), step up to 89 and finally to 91 if needed.
As far as ethanol fuels, if it's an older Camry, the best is ethanol-free fuel if available in your area because that's what it would have been designed to use. Newer Camrys shouldn't have any problems with ethanol-added fuels, like the <=10% ethanol we have in my area. E-85 fuels should only be used in vehicles specifically designated for that type of fuel (many I've seen are called flex-fuel vehicles).
