If you can get in through the passenger side, then you can remove the door panel and go inside and manually manipulate the latch to open the door. Lot's of penetrant should help. If you can't get in any other way then you might need a slim jim. It's a long thin piece of metal that goes down through the window slot and hooks on to the lock lever to unlock the door.
