vet schools typically don't look at high school grades. in high school you have to do the best you can taking classes that are challenging but that you can receive an A or a B in. This way the likelyhood of getting into a better college is greater. Vet Schools will look at college grades. Most schools will dismiss anyone with a College Cumulative GPA of 2.8. The average GPA is likely about 3.4-3.8. Vet school is very competitive so getting atleast a 3.8 will certanily increase your changes.
You have to get a high school diploma, a bachelor's degree is recommended, then you need to go to vet school (which required very good grades in both areas previously stated) an graduate to earn your DMV (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)
In the United States, you will need to complete all four years of high school as well as at least three years of undergraduate college and four years of vet school.

Sixth grade doesnt really have a large impact on your future as a vet. You just need good enough grades to get you into a decent high school where you will need good enough class and SAT grades to get into a good enough college where you can major in animal care, hwere you will need very good grades, so you can get into veterinarian school. Vet school is extremely competitive, but generally they find something more relevant than your sixth grade report card to go by.
Yes high school is great for pooping
The old saying is C=DVM; you must maintain a minimum 2.0 at most vet schools to graduate. However, most students maintain closer to a 3.0 throughout vet school.
You should take as difficult of math and science courses as you can handle. If your school offers pre-algebra in 8th grade, this is a good idea if you are ready for it.
Yes, and college as well as vet school.
Yes.
Specific high school courses will have little to do with becoming a veterinarian. You will need good grades to enable you to get into college and good grades there in order to get into vet school.

Yeah, and you have to have a college degree in a science related area of study. And then you have to go to vet school for a couple more years after you get your undergraduate degree. Unless you mean "vet" as in veteran. Somebody who served in the military forces. Then you just need high school or a GED certificate.
4 years basic (core credits), 2 years specialized 'vet school', 2 years in-the-field work (apprentice). so 6 years after high school.
