It depends on what the person you are now with thinks, maybe you could talk to them about it. Hopefully they should understand as it is quite a big deal. I think it wouldn't be wrong because you did care about them and it was given to you. Also you might still be friends with them so you could count it as a friendly present. I also think that maybe it might cause some issues towards the person you are now with as they might wonder why you would wear something if you don't love that other person any more but like I said just talk to them about it and tell them that you want to wear it as it was given to you and it is now counted as a friendly present!
